早年前身是一合夥企業，於西元1972年分離獨立成立明邦鐵工廠，座落於台中市豐原區，是一家佳服務許多在地百年餅店之設備器材的機械廠商。起初日治時期日本人將麵粉廠設立於台中豐原，形成糕餅產業百花齊放，隨之也發展許多相關食品機械之企業，蓬勃的眼業發展，也給後續人們留下台中為’’糕餅之都’’的印象。西元1990過後，公司從生產傳統行星式攪拌機，改主力生產新型更加專攻於麵糰攪拌的螺旋式攪拌機，力於出口至東南亞及美國，長年經營獲得穩定成績 ! 同時間國內銷售以加熱攪煉機為知名，特別又以製作''豆餡''為特性開發特殊使用，近年來也因食品安全考量，有陸續開發全不銹鋼的機型。西元2022年家族成員整合公司品牌及資源，化為’’明邦牌’’食品機械，力於打造一個創新又經典的食品機械品牌。

CHUN LIN brand
俊霖企業社，成立於1993年，為明邦鐵工廠關係企業，初期為製作一廢水處理設備之案件而設立，後續以生產分支小品項食品機械及化工產業使用的真空攪拌機為早期營業主力，中期以客製化機械設備與日本中古機翻修為主，其中涉及鋼構、金屬切削、塑膠吹瓶、鋁擠壓生產……等各式產業，期間自1998年便有開發自有品牌電控相關品項，也與各式各樣機械廠配合開發，專精於機械電控長達20多年。2022年家族整合品牌公司及資源，合併明邦及俊霖，改作為品牌路線經營，更成立雙維精密機電有限公司作為抬頭。2023年開始與國外廠商合作，共台開發機械結構並回到台灣配電試車，開發自有品牌圓鋸機，同時也代理經銷帶鋸及周邊耗材及設備。

In the mid-term, the focus is on customized machinery and equipment and the renovation of used Japanese machines, which involves steel structures, metal cutting, plastic bottle blowing, aluminum extrusion production... and other industries. During this period, it has developed its own brand of electronic controls since 1998 Related items are also developed in cooperation with various machinery factories, specializing in mechanical electronic control for more than 20 years. In 2022, the family integrated the brand company and resources, merged Minipan and Chunlin, changed to a brand line operation, and established Sun Way Precision Electromechanical LTD. as a header. In 2023, we began to cooperate with foreign manufacturers, Gongtai developed mechanical structures and returned to Taiwan for power distribution and trial operation, developed our own brand of circular saw machines, and also acted as an agent for the distribution of band saws and peripheral consumables and equipment.
